What are the costs of your original artwork?
There are set costs for my original artwork on canvas, based on the size you order. Please see illustrations below:
How much is delivery & how is it calculated?
The delivery cost for each piece of artwork has been calculated according to the weight of the canvas and various shipping zones throughout the world.
Whilst I would love to offer free delivery, I have to make a small charge in order to cover some of my costs towards the packaging and door to door courier service.
Your artwork is insured for loss or damage which I pay for so you don’t have to. This is £25 cost to me and covers artwork up to £1,000.
The shipping zones have been split into the following areas;
UK: This zone comprises of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Europe: This zone comprises of all European countries outside of the UK.
USA: This zone covers countries in North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia.
Rest of World: This zone includes areas such as New Zealand and Australia.
Free Pick Up: Collection from South Yorkshire.
When can I expect my artwork to arrive?

As soon as your order has been placed, I book a courier service within the hour and aim to deliver to UK locations within 2-5 days (overseas order should allow up to 10 days).
Can I track my order?
Yes, I use a trusted courier service which delivers door to door. Dependant on availability, the provider will be one of the following reputable companies: UPS, Hermes, TNT, ParcelForce or DPD.
Once I place the booking with the courier, I will let you know. When the courier collects the artwork from my home, you will receive an email from them with a tracking number.
Is there an option to pick up from your studio in Yorkshire?
Yes, of course! Simply select ‘Free Pick Up’ from the delivery drop down options at checkout and I will be in touch to arrange the best day for you to collect it from me. Lots of customer choose this option and it’s a great cost saving if you are fairly local.
My studio is in Tankersley, South Yorkshire. Postcode district; S75.
How will my artwork be packaged ?
Due to the delicate nature of my artwork, all original pieces are carefully hand packaged by myself in several layers of bubblewrap and corrugated cardboard. It then waits at home for my trusted courier to collect and travels with other fragile pieces directly to your door.
Is the artwork insured for loss or damage?
Absolutely! No one is more protective of my artwork than me! Therefore, I offer FREE insurance protection (worth £25) on all online orders. All deliveries with Parcel Protection are covered for loss or damage up to the value of £1,000. If, in the very unlikely and unfortunate case this does occur, I will claim full compensation and will have to recreate your artwork from scratch. Please allow up to 10 days for this.
What are the T&Cs for international orders?
For all international orders please be aware that I am not liable for customs clearance fees in your country, or responsible for the holding times of packages by customs.
The prices do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country. These costs will be determined by your local customs office and are outside of my control. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s custom charges prior to placing the order.
Sarah Louise Smith Artist™ is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and tax. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a £25 ($32) return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Under the consumer protection act, you have the right to cancel your order until the point in which it is shipped. In order to cancel your order you must inform me via email hello@SarahLouiseSmithArtist.com or calling 07793 279296 within 5 hours of your online purchase. Once this has been noted, you will then receive an email confirming your cancellation and will be refunded the full amount.
